These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this Website and the purchase of items and services from ATAR Notes Media Pty Ltd (“us”, “we” or “our”). In using this Website and our services, and otherwise contracting with us for the purchase of items and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our Website or purchasing goods through it.
Online Tutorials
You specifically accept that the Online Tutorial and associated material are an educational experience and are not intended to replace regular class attendance or the note taking. It is designed to further the study of subjects through interaction with fellow students and additional materials. You are responsible for maintaining classroom attendance and study habits. These online tutorials and any notes should not be used in any way as a syllabus, guide or classroom replacement.
It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of any information, opinion and advice. Under no circumstance will ATAR Notes Media Pty Ltd its officers, agents and employees be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Online Tutorial or associated materials especially your performance or result in any academic subject as a result of you attending the Online Tutorials.
Non-Circumvention of materials
We have invested considerable time and effort into developing these Online Tutorials and associated materials and own the intellectual property rights in, or have permission to use the intellectual property in all information and materials provided to you as part of the Online Tutorials. You understand that the Online Tutorial information and materials are protected by international trademark and copyright laws and may not be used without obtaining prior written permission of the appropriate parties. In consideration for your participation in Online Tutorial you agree not to either directly or indirectly circumvent ATAR Notes Media in regard to any potential commercial exploitation relating to the Online Tutorials. This does not stop you from applying what you learn, you simply agree not to ‘pinch’ our ideas and run with them as if they were your own without our consent or involvement.
No guarantee
The ideas, opinions and experiences presented in the Online Tutorial by third party tutors are those of the third party tutors and not those ATAR Notes Media, its directors, officers, agent or staff. All statements are made relying on sources believed to be reliable, however ATAR Notes Media has not done any investigations. None of ATAR Notes Media, its representatives nor any speaker or attendee at the lecture makes any claims, promises, or guarantees about the use, the matter, accuracy, completeness, adequacy, suitability or reliability of the information or products presented at the Tutorial.
You acknowledge there is no guarantee of performance or result in any academic subject as a result of you participating in the Online Tutorials or using the associated materials.
Liability exclusion
Subject only to any warranties implied by consumer protection laws or other legislation which cannot be excluded, ATAR Notes Media does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by you directly or indirectly in relation to your attending the lectures or any information communicated to you during or after the Online Tutorials. To the extent such liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited in aggregate to a full refund of the Online Tutorial price or product fee paid by you.
Release
You agree to release and hold harmless ATAR Notes Media from any claim arising out of your voluntary attendance at the Online Tutorials, including any claim for physical and/or mental injury to yourself, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

We assume no responsibility for the installation of the Webinar software product to access the Online Tutorials and by registering and using the software you agree to be bound by their licence of use terms and conditions.
To the extent permissible at law, in no circumstance will we be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damage (including loss of profits, revenue, production, goodwill, data or opportunity, or any physical injury) of any nature arising through or as a result of your use of the Website or any products and services purchased through it.
We do not make any representations or warranties that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
